I offer a free introductory Skype or telephone call which is 10-15 minutes to discuss your requirements and goals. You can then complete a client intake form and food diary to complete. This is a good time to assess which of the following packages would best suit you.

So many of my childhood memories revolve around food; gathering blackberries and making jam with my grandmother, picking runner beans from my grandfather’s vegetable garden and baking with my mum. I loved the summer garden parties and cosy winter lunches. As a family we travelled all over Europe, staying off the beaten tourist track and enjoying so many incredible local dishes. I have continued with this tradition by combining my love of travel with my passion for eating well.

I studied at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine. Whilst studying, I trained as a meditation teacher and a children's yoga teacher

For me, food has always been associated with the happiest of times in my life. Eating well is not about calorie counting or depriving yourself of your favourite food - that would be miserable! It’s about making food enjoyable whilst giving the body the nourishment it needs. I want to show you that eating well can be quick, easy, cost-effective and most important of all, it is for everyone, whatever your age. Even if you have a hectic lifestyle, a food intolerance or a limited budget, you can still eat well. Every time we eat we have the opportunity to make our health better. Looking back now I can see why, as a teenager, my health was suffering as I was eating way too much junk food and sugar. The difference eating well has made to my life is incredible. Combined with exercise, meditation and a positive outlook, my life has completely changed for the better. I am the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been and I have even been inspired to change to a career in nutrition.

Within a week I will send over your plan and we have a 30 minute Skype/phone feedback session where I explain my evidence-based recommendations and answer any questions.
