Green Summer Juice



Ingredients

2 chopped celery stalks

1 small chopped cucumber

1 handful of kale leaves

1 handful of spinach

Small handful of fresh parsley

1 squeezed lemon

1 chopped apple

Whizz it up in a blender!

Celery - Nice source of Vitamin K and molybdenum

Lemon - offers anti-inflammatory benefits with the addition of Vitamin C
