Ah January. The month of detoxing, eating clean and setting goals.
I swear if I hear "New year, new me!" one more time... My advice? Don't try and set yourself unachievable resolutions that are just going to leave you feeling miserable if you don't manage to even take a step towards them. Be realistic!
December is the time of sheer and utter hell for your body - late night parties, excessive drinking, overeating... Sounds like heaven to me but it ain't making your body a happy chappy! So January is the perfect time to start afresh. So start your year right with my Green Juice and show your body some love!
2 chopped celery stalks
1 small chopped cucumber
1 handful of kale leaves
1 handful of spinach
Small handful of fresh parsley
1 squeezed lemon
1 chopped apple
