Chewy Oat Cookies

By popular request I am sharing my recipe for these chewy, soft and sweet cookies. They have a habit of disappearing very fast, you have been warned! They are quite possibly the best cookies I've ever made. A one-of-a-kind classic combination of oats and raisins to satisfy any grumbling tummy.

There is something so amazing about chomping down on homemade food. Knowing that you’ve made it yourself almost makes it taste better. If you need a healthy snack for school or work then these are the ones for you!

They don't need any fancy equipment, take hardly no time at all and uses only simple ingredients.

Ingredients

135g oats

2 bananas

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

50g raisins

25g sultanas

2 apples

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp orange zest

Method

Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor and cook in the oven  for around 15 minutes at 180C.

Enjoy!

They will last around 4-5 days in a sealed airtight container.

Love,

Em
