Restaurant Review: The Good Life Eatery!

I've heard endless great things about The Good Life Eatery and I've been looking forward to going there for some time now. It's created such a buzz, from A-list celebrity fans to Instagram fame, I just had to see what the fuss was about!

Yes, I may be a little late to the party and you all probably know all about it but in case you haven't heard of this trendy cafe in the heart of Chelsea, well just sit right back and let me tell you all about it...

One foggy and wet morning (it's England, we're used to it), my friend and I decided to escape from the grim weather and nourish ourselves with good food and cheer ourselves up with a spot of breakfast.

After getting lost (turns out we'd walked past it about six times), we finally found it just off the King's Road. Keep your eye's peeled because as we found out, it's very easy to pass by this little healthy eatery. But good things come in small packages, right?

We headed in and bumbled our way through to sit down and pour over the breakfast menu. Wooden floorboards, exposed brick wall and customers wandering in with yoga mats tucked under their arms. This must be the place!

The deliciously healthy menu they have on offer ranges from eggs benedict to granola bowls to acai bowls and salads. If you need something to satisfy a sweet tooth then there is an abundance of wheat and gluten free cakes. Such a huge amount of choices to suit everyone's dietary requirements.

So we did we tuck into?

x2 Egg's Royale

The Hulk Smoothie

Ninja Turtle Smoothie

Green Tea

The Eggs Royale was so good and egg-actly (see what I did there!) what we needed. Nutritious, flavoursome and probably the best eggs royale I've ever had.

Poached eggs with smoked salmon, saffron yoghurt, chives, lemon and wheat-free bread.

I wanted to eat the entire thing all over again. In fact, I want it right now.

The smoothies both packed a nutritional punch and the green tea complimented the breakfast just perfectly.

Healthy food doesn't have to be tasteless and this wholesome cafe shows us how it's done! The Good Life eatery is making waves in the healthy food world and it's not very hard to see why. We loved it. Okay, it may be pretty pricey but everything in London is expensive and the high quality ingredients they use to make such nutritionally dense foods are expensive so it's not that big of a deal.

If you're looking for a feel-good cafe to give you a nutritious pick-me-up then I'd recommend The Good Life Eatery all the way!

I wouldn't go here every day (my bank balance wouldn't allow it) but next time you're in London then I'd definitely recommend popping in and filling your belly up with goodness.
