Raw Chocolate Brownies


Hands up who loves a gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake brownie that takes 5 minutes to make and tastes completely and utterly sensational.

Thought so!

This recipe will make you love them even more.

I'm pretty sure we've all had days where we can't help but crave nothing but chocolate. Now I'm allergic to the good stuff (get your violins out) so on those dark days, I'll eat something and close my eyes and pretend it's chocolate. It's true, I genuinely do. Have you ever heard of anything so sad?!

So when you're having a chocolate craving day and all you see, eat and dream is chocolate then do not fear, healthy brownies to the rescue!

Not only will these be the perfect answer to that chocolate craving but all they'll leave behind is a sweet taste and not a single ounce of guilt.

So go on and treat yourself. You deserve it.

Gooey, fudgy, decadent, chocolatey, melt-in-your mouth brownies.

My easiest recipe to date!

Ingredients

150g walnuts

300g dates

100g dried figs

3 tbsps cacao powder

2 tbsps maple syrup

Method

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz it all up.

Then spoon the mixture out into a baking tray. Shape it and then leave to set in the fridge for about an hour.

That honestly is it. I can't even pretend that it's more complicated and technical.

All you have to do now is eat them!

So there you have it, the easiest brownies in the world.
