Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients

250g black beans

2 tbsps cacao powder

1/2 cup oats

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Method

Combine all ingredients apart from chocolate chips in a food processor. Really blend well. Then stir in the chocolate chips and pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 180C.
