  • Classes run in 5 week blocks. In order to secure a place on a course, payment is required prior to the beginning of the first class.

  • All equipment necessary for use in classes will be provided by Om Nom Health

  • DBS check, insurance details and relevant certification is available to view upon request.

  • Children should wear comfortable clothing with no shoes and socks for their lesson

  • Customers are expected to behave in a civilised manner towards the teacher and other customers, and are not expected to use foul language at any time.

  • Customers should inform the teacher of any health issues that your child may have that may be relevant.

  • We recommend children bring a bottle of water to class. Fizzy drinks are not permitted.

  • Parents are responsible for their child’s safety before and after class times.

  • Teachers are responsible for children’s safety during class times.

  • Om Nom Health reserves the right to withdraw a student for any behaviour which might be
    considered detrimental to the smooth running of the class. Any refund of fees will be at the sole discretion of Om Nom Health.

  • Please drop your children off and collect them promptly as we have to vacate the premises at a certain time.

  • You will be given the teacher's contact number in case of an emergency.

  • Customers should aim to arrive 5 minutes before the session

  • In the unlikely event of “last minute” lesson time change/cancellation, you will be notified by us, with as much notice as possible. You will be credited for that lesson.

  • If you miss a lesson due to illness or any other reason you will not be refunded.

  • If insufficient numbers are booked into your lesson, we may have to cancel the class for the rest of the term. In this instance you will be fully refunded for any remaining lessons after the term cancellation has occurred.
